This is the "Lumi Gown" in Moon Blue by Hayley Paige. I added a beaded belt (retail $500) and a French bustle (est. $350 cost); the belt can be easily removed if desired. I am 5'2" and wore 3.5" heels with the gown, the sleeves can also be easily lengthened if desired.
I cannot say enough amazing things about this gown - it is perfect. I sparkled the whole night and it was absolute magic on the dance floor. So magical, in fact, that it would be a shame for no one else to wear it!
