Gorgeous, couture Ines Di Santo wedding gown worn for my May 2010 wedding. The dress is "Hepburn". I had the halter-strap removed, and it is now a sweetheart strapless gown with a low back. for her June 2010 wedding (so you can imagine how excited I was when I saw photos of "my dress" in US Weekly later that month!) I also asked that the "bubble hem" be altered to a regular hem, in order to make the dress appear sleeker, and more 1950's Marilyn Monroe-like The "vanilla" silk taffeta gown, has a low back and has been professionally cleaned and is in perfect condition.
My seamstress, who has done work for our family for years, repaired a small tear underneath the dress - the result of an overzealous wedding guest stepping on the back of my gown. She did an amazing job, and I have no idea where the tear is now. I would say the dress is about a size 2-4, but since the dress was custom-fitted for me, you will want the dress custom-fitted by your seamstress.
