Material is stretchy. I wore this with breast lift stickers and petals and you could not see through it at all. Hand beaded column skirt with tulle overlay, sheer top with beads sewn on in the shape of vines, coral, or branches. Length of skirt is 42". Waist to collar bone is 15". 4 layers of skirting. Tulle train is 21.5". Bustle snaps were added to the back of the dress. I bought this dress in Walnut Creek, CA at Kinsley James salon during a Liz Martinez trunk show.
